ROUND-UP: Sunseeker Southampton bring you their spring sales round up! – Sunseeker Brokerage

With the Spring season now well and truly underway, James Lumley, Sales Manager of Sunseeker Southampton brings us an update on how the UK South Coast market is fairing.

Ending the 2016 season on a real high, the Sunseeker Southampton team have seen the market further strengthen with well-presented and priced brokerage listings selling in record time.

The team started the 2017 season off in mid January with a Pearl 55 brokerage sale. “TEMPTATION” was a lovely 2004 example of this cavernous flybridge cruiser – asking £324,950 Tax Paid. She has since been delivered to her new owners in Lymington.

Further brokerage sales have followed with a stunning 2005 Sunseeker Portofino 46 “ORISTA” which was asking £174,950 Tax Paid. Now safely delivered from Torquay to her new home in the Netherlands. Sunseeker Southampton also sold a lovely 2008 Jeanneau Prestige 38S “GET BUSY LIVIN” – asking £134,950 tax Paid. She has stayed at her previous home location of Port Solent Marina.

Following these sales was a one-owner Sunseeker Portofino 40 – Dealer Approved stock boat “SEA VOUS PLAY”, recently part exchanged for a larger Sunseeker yacht. This 2013 model had just about every extra available, asking £349,950 Tax Paid. She has just been delivered from Swanwick to her new home in Ibiza – where she will be available for day charter throughout the summer season. Please contact James Lumley for further info.

“HARD 8”, the stunning 2016 Sunseeker 75 Yacht – asking £2,350,000 Excluding Tax was presented in absolutely A1 condition, which resulted in the first client viewing her concluding a super-fast deal. Supplied new by the Sunseeker Southampton team in May 2016, she was a rare opportunity on the pre-owned market, quickly snapped-up by a buyer in France. She has recently arrived to her new home in St Jean Cap Ferrat, South of France.

Handing over just a coupe of weeks ago was the first brand new Sunseeker Manhattan 52 to arrive into Solent Waters. “BETSEA” is the owner’s second Sunseeker and following in the footsteps of her predecessor, had just about every option possible fitted! Berthed at the picturesque setting of Lymington Yacht Haven, she is available for both high-end corporate and private charter across the UK South Coast. There is also the opportunity to complete an RYA training course aboard through the local Sunseeker Academy – again based in Lymington Yacht Haven.
